The Service is a communications platform, which enables the connection between Car-owners and Passengers. Passengers are individuals seeking to obtain rides from Car-owners and are therefore clients of Passengers, and Car-Owners are the individuals Driving seeking to take a ride Passengers. Passengers and Car-Owners (A.K.A. Drivers) together are hereinafter referred to as “Users.” Service Only Provides a Venue. The Service is a platform for enabling connections between Users for sharing rides.
